French politicians propose all airbrushed images carry health warning

How brilliant that French politicians are seeing sense and taking steps to protect us from false airbrushed images that make us feel we can never live up to expectations - even though they are fake. This law could be effective if it differentiated the types of retouching processes.
A simple retouching that gives contrast to the picture should not be catalogued as "warning", it is done for artistic purposes whereas those which completely alter the human figure should.
